Please relay your experience with out-sourcing Benefits Admin to Empyrean

Hi There,

Can anyone comment about their experience with out-sourcing their PeopleSoft Base Benefits to Empyrean?  Also, what is involved with interfacing the data back to Base Benefits and/or Payroll for North America?
