Multiple BU's and same Bank account setup questions

We have 3 different BU's having same bank account. We setup one bank external account with Share setid but on the external bank account page it asking for GL BU. What are the implications if other two BU'S point to this configuration (Expenses -> Options ) or do we need to setup  three different bank id's with same account.

Any feedback is highly appreciated.
