Non-lead register is offline

Hi Community,

we have 2 register in our store, register 1 which is the lead register (store primary) and register 2 which is the non-lead register, the non lead showing red offline in the connection indicator in xstore, which is the connection to lead-register (store primary).

all the networking connections are fine , pinging of both register is establish successfully.

while checking the xstore log, it says store primary offline, (No database schema version could be determined!).

pls see log below after enabling the debug mode in All JDBC SQL calls and Requests to remote data sources.
