Lumpsum offer to generate one accrual for a month

Scenario: Lincense fees -- A fixed fee to be paid same amount on monthly basis.

Offer should be for total year (or for a period longer than a month) -- Using Lumpsum offer (or any offer approach) is there any way that we can generate one accrual entry per month i.e. one entry on 1st of every month or any fixed date?
