UDC 40/BT - issue - if I close the whole order - the requisition lines open up for changes.

the Q is if I cancel a line too it opens that line in the requisitions. Now we have to manually have to take care to cancel the line in the requisition. Is there a way to avoid this and have only go back and open lines only when an order is cancelled. Please advise... thank you
