R12 Can we configure a descriptive flexfield segment to be displayed to the user as a drop down list

Hello -

We are on 12.2.4 of Oracle EBS.  On an OAF page are we able to display a descriptive flexfield segment as a drop down list in instead of a text field where the user has to open a search window to see the list of values?
