Minimum required privileges for performance analysis

Hello,

I would like to know how to have minimum how privileges and / or roles for a user oracle "user_tuning_restricted_privs" to be able to:

- Generate AWR, ASH and ADDM reports.

- Generate an execution plan for a given query.

- Visualize statistics (schema, dictionary, system, fixed objects).

- Check the IO calibration-

- Consult all the tables DBA_ xxx, X $, V $, parameters, ...

No acces to server or data is needed.
