Primavera P6 Cloud Connect Performance Issues
We are continuing to see performance issues with users using the P6 thin client pointed to the cloud database. Users are reporting that when they work from home or off the company network they do not have any issues but on the network they are getting slow performance as well as odd errors that seem to be mostly related to connectivity. Our Sysadmin group is asking if whitelisting IP addresses on the network might be a possible solution? In searching the knowledgebase we were not able to find any info on whitelisting IP's. Has anyone else seen this problem and
