Review Currency Exchange Rate Application (P0015A) has blank Effective Date

Hello Team,

We are in E1 9.1.4 and currently facing the below issue :-

1. The currency exchange rates flow from external system (AS400 based) to E1 staging file F0015Z1.

2. Once the exchange rates are successfully processed the records in F0015Z1 gets purged as per standard processing option setup of the batch processor report R0015Z1.

3. When the exchange rates are flown to F0015 the first line reflects a blank "Effective Date" which is getting updated daily along with the everyday's exchange rates with Effective Date.

4. There are no stuck or unprocessed records in F0015Z1 as also as per standard E1 functionality the records will not get processed if  "Effective Date" field is blank.
