Create accounting is error out

Hi,

I have created accounting flexfield with dynamic insert property as off value. tested my create accounting program at subledger level. it's ran successfully. after turning on dynamic insert property on .. I am getting following error:

error: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("GL"."GL_CODE_COMBINATIONS"."DETAIL_POSTING_ALLOWED_FLAG")

Please advise.
