HCM integrations with CS - preferred last name and preferred gender - not compatible

Hello!

We are on 9.2 HCM integrated to CS.  We share all personal data.  CS has the ability to let people have a preferred last name and preferred gender.  HCM only shows preferred first name options. Does anyone have information on HCM providing this same functionality for integration purposes?  Thanks in advance!
