How to route a call between two Session Agents within same Realm?

Hi

am probably not seeing the forest for the trees, but what would be best way to route a call sent from Session Agent A to Session Agent B within same Realm?

A LP with source realm and next-hop realm set to same realm apparently does not do the Job.

Is moving Session Agent B in a child realm only way to realise it without modifying existing config to much? e.g. I do not want additional network interface, SIP-interface, etc. etc.)
