Bundle SKU and non-shippable item question

Hi

We have a requirement to create a bundle sku which has multiple components in that. We want to create the bundle sku and when we get the order from the customers we get it as bundle sku but when we create it in the order management tool we want to explode the sku and have component skus on the order and not the bundle sku. how can this be accomplished in R12.1.3

2nd part to the question. The component skus consists of non-shippable skus, which means when we book the order the non-shippable lines get fulfilled. How can we have those non-shippable lines get shipped when we ship the shippable sku?
