Server Manager agent not showing on in Server Manager - New Install

I have installed Server manager agent in ENT server but it is not shown in Server manager. In the E1agent log i can observe below error.

FINER: Unable to communicate with the management server 'JDEDEP' on port '14501'.  This is normal if the management server is not running.  Will try again in 30 seconds;  Exception:  Received fatal alert: handshake_failure

I can successfully ping the server but while telnet I get a Handshake error.
