12c datapatch failed after Jul 2019 PSU patch applied.

Dear Experts,

Environment :

DB Version : 12.2.0.1

OS : RHEL 7.5 64-bit

1) Recently upgraded from 11.2.0.4 to 12.2.0.1.

2) Applied latest PSU patch of Jul 2019 (29757449).

3) Post upgrade steps failed (Execution of datapatch).

Error :
