Depreciation is not calculating correct

i am trying to calculate depreciation through the straight line method. i used `I' inception to date and `A' Actual Depreciation Start.

i have define depreciation defauld coding.like this, if i run the depreciation for the AA ledger the amount is not correct it is showing some difference if i my machine cost is 100000 then dep amount will be diff. 10 to 15 rs if machine cost is ten crore then amount difference will be 500 to 600 as per the formula set up.

Can some body show me the formula for calculation the deprecation straight line method with salvage value cost of 5%
