Different Language for Account Segment Description

Dear Team

We are using Oracle E Business suit since long time and and we have upgraded to version 12.2.7 recently

We have COA which is used by all Ledgers / countries across globe.

We are implementing secondary ledger now and planning to use same COA

There is requirement from France /Romania that the Account description should be in french / romanian  language.

Again the COA is same for all countries including FRA/ROM. This is required by them for Statutory reporting purose

We do not have any Localization for FRA/ROM

Only description should be in French / Romanian language visible from Secondary ledger of respective countries.  All other screens including home page / responsibility name etc should be in English
