Horizontal Scroll Bar in Grid of Custom OAF Form DISAPPEARS!!

Hi all!  We have recently moved from 12.2.4 to 12.2.8 and have come across a particular issue that Oracle is having trouble helping us with.  In many of our custom OAF pages, upon initial rendering of the page, we lose the horizontal scroll bar in our grids.  Only when we take some sort of action that re-paints the screen, does the scroll bar come back.  Vertical scroll bar has no problems and scroll bars for the page itself are fine.  The only issue we have is the horizontal scroll bar.  It's pretty frustrating for our users as the most heavily
