Check Boxes on Payments Tab: When do we check this?

In reference to the Data Model Lease document; it seems we have new check boxes on the payment tab per the patch released in March 2019.

The Check Boxes are: Normalize, ROU Asset, Liability, Report from Inception, Intercompany.

They are enabled for both operating and Financial Accounting Methods.

The Data Lease Model Document screenshots do not show these Check boxes.

Question: When do we check this boxes? What are the scenarios when they need users to enable them?

                   What happens further down the lifecycle of the leases; if we don't check these boxes?
