R.A. Schedule freeze

Hi, here is a request made to freeze the Resource Assignment Schedule, one or two weeks in advance.

The goal is:

once a schedule has reached the management " approved" in concept of the said work and work orders, and resource identified and added to the Schedule, then a report would be run to "freeze" the schedule the one or two weeks out,

this is to avoid further editing after the approval. 

Anyone has any ideas or previous experience on what report or mod was applied to meet this requirement?

in E1, ver 9.2.3 Resource Assignment.
