PADLC Error -- No Compiled Multiplier

The PRC: Distribute Labor Costs process is erroring with NO_COMPILED_MULTIPLIER. Here is what I've tried:

- Changing the multiplier to something else and then back again, and recompiled.

- Verified that the project owning orgs are included on the burden schedule.

- Tested the burden schedule through the View screen with the project and task throwing the error

- Clicked on the 'Details' button on the burden schedule page and verified that the 'Compiled' box is checked -- last update was right before this post.

- Verified that the expenditure types on the project to be costed are included in the burden structure.
