Not able to change password on database

Hi Team,

When trying to change password for all users from database we get below error

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-65048: error encountered when processing the current DDL statement in

pluggable database DBNAME_PDB1

ORA-01918: user 'MYUSER' does not exist

We are not sure what the configurations were set to earlier. However I think the data is in plugable database and the users exists in another container.

Not sure...

Any one knows how to reset password for this?
