Regarding Contract Renewal

We have following requirements in our organization

1. There are some Service Contracts required to be Evergreen - Auto Renewal but internal approval required to Activate the Contract

2. There are Some Contracts Require to renew after the Customer Confirmation the Notification.

3. Manual as and when required our Customer Service team will renew the contract.

How to Achive the 1 and 2 togather in the contract renewal ?

I have tried the item 1 using the Doc ID 223708.1, but it is not accurate

Contract is renewed but it has renewed only one year irrespective of the original contract
