ERP JDE XE VERSION one job proceessing from many hours

Dear Experts,

We are using ERP JDE Xe version . we have seen recently one job R5547SC processing from more than 10 hours. because of this job another jobs are in waiting status.

Job deatils:

Job Queue : SINGLE

Report name : R5547SC

Could you please advise me how can i invistagate this issue.

--> how can i check logs for that perticular report?

NOTE : Every day report-->R5547SC yesterday job processing from many hours , once we are cheking the application status , because of that job same queue jobs are in waiting.Once we restarted servicess (to kill all proceess ID )that job went error status , then all waiing jobs are clear.
