Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. UN3 fails at Converting the Data Dictionary items in PS920 - R98403XB report failed with the below-apsted jde.log error

E1 Background and Attempted steps in the process of troubleshooting :

JDE 9.2 - 9.2.3.3 - Upgrading from 9.1
DB - SQL server 2016
SQL Server Installed with a Specified SQL instance name rather leaving it default/blank. ( Ex: DBSERVER/SQLINSTANCE) . Attached a sample pic below - Database Data Source - PLease let me know if I have configured incorrectly.
Windows Servers (dep, ent, DB )- 2016 Data Center edition
PS920 Installed and attempted to apply UN3.
Verified the JDBJ.ini and tnsnames.ora in both folders
