Gender Identity and Preferred Pronoun/Personal Data fluid page

We are on PUM 13 of CS 9.2. We want to configure Gender Identity and Preferred Pronoun/Personal Data fluid page . Currently we are using classic pages for all personal information data.

So I have below queries on it :

1. Can we turn the new Gender Identity and Preferred Pronoun/Personal Data fluid page on without turning the other self-service bio/demo pages ?

2. We just have single customization of 1 field on “Demographic Information” page. This modification is to display unique number and suppress the Empl ID. Rest all of the other personal information self-service pages are delivered, So can turn them all in fluid in one go with less effort?
