Copy Assets to Second Book automatically

Hello We have a request to copy assets from our corporate book to tax book once asset is entered in the corporate book, our users want this process automated so that they don't have to enter the same asset twice in the two books.

Please recommend best options to accomplish this goal. Very appreciated.
