How to populate the Revision Level in P4104

We use the Item Cross Reference file for customer part cross reference.  I need to populate the Revision level for the customer parts.  I see the field in the table but I do not the field on the grid when entering the customer cross reference.  How do I access that field to populate it?

The field is CIRV.
