Cost Collecting Hyperion Budgets into Project Costing

When Hyperion budget data is sent to Commitment Control on the HYP_KK_BD_LN and HYP_KK_BD_HDR tables how can we capture the data in Project Costing on the PROJ_RESOURCE table?

• On record HYP_KK_BD_HDR the field BD_APPR_STATUS = A
• On record HYP_KK_BD_HDR the field  BUDGET_HDR_STATUS = V
• On record HYP_KK_BD_LN the record BUDGET_LINE_STATUS = V
• On record HYP_KK_BD_LN the record PC_DISTRIB_STATUS = N

Both the PC_BD_KK_TO_PC and PC_BD_TO_PC budgeting cost collection processes were run but did not distribute the Hyperion budget data into PROJ_RESOURCE.  Is there an additional process or step we are missing?
