As part of service replacement orders against warranty, How do we make sure that the warranty contract is now going to cover the replacement serial and defective serial gets terminated from the warranty contract. Also install base status for defective and replacement need to be correctly updated as replacement and Returned.
What exact attributes/tabs need to be populated in installation details.?
