Inventory transfers creates double JEs

Sometime Inventory transfers create 4 line JEs in the GL instead of 2 lines, which means duplicate lines in the GL. However the  F4111 item ledger is fine.

Please assist. I checked the KG and found that if you retype by changing location field, it causes this error or if it has warranty item. I tried doing one without doing any changes it still creates the duplicate lines in the GL.
