E1: Orch: Unable to save new UDO(SREQ)

Hello CNC's,

I have installed Orchestrator 6.1.4 for JDE TR 9.2.2.5. There are no issues with setup and able to login to the Orchestrator studio but while creating Service request UDO and unable to save it. I have also provided the UDO security.
