Any Impact for Moving Active ISCSI volumes from one SAN Server to another SAN Server

I have number of iSCSI volumes located on default SAN Server "Unmanaged ISCSI Storage Array" which causing us cannot refresh the storage after volume expansion on storage end. Are there any impact on current active volume access  if we discover SAN server now for adding those Unmanaged ISCSI Storage Array to that SAN server?
