Custom Jython Scripting not working for FDMEE MEMBERS REFRESH using REST API

Hello experts and @JohnGoodwin,

Our requirement is to trigger a member refresh before loading data, we have Jython Script in BefImport event to trigger Refresh Members using REST API.

1. Through REST client able to REFRESH Members

2. Through Jython Scripting shows IOException is as shown below:
