Siebel IP18 installation oracle cloud

Have below question for siebel IP18 install on oracle cloud

1) Can siebel be installed in cloud using provided image if siebel and Db sitting on difference VMs?

2)  As per my understanding, if we install siebel using image available it will use slef signed certificates.But our customer want to use corporate certificates for installing siebel.

      Is there a way to point siebel to use corporate certificates after installing with the image available.
