R07230 ending in error in 9.2

We are in the process of upgrading from 9.1 to 9.2 and the R07230 in 9.2 is sporadically ending in error.  The R07233 processes fine, it seems the issue involves the R07231.  Of 11 tests conducted only one successfully produced a check.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?  The report output when run using the client version is BI Publisher.  But the ube is also failing using the XJDE version.
