Migrate Oracle SE1 to SE2

Hi DBA!

I really need your help.

Tell me, what schemes should be excluded during export / import when switching from SE1 to SE2?

And what should I do right: remove unnecessary components before exporting or just specify these schemes with the EXCLUD directive or maybe something else?

And if all these schemes are left at SE2, will there be problems with Oracle audit?

Sorry for my english...
