Mass update batch is stuck in scheduled status

Hi Team,

I have created a batch to update owner, currently, It is stuck is in scheduled status.

It has been scheduled to run on 1-Aug-2019 around 11 15 AM est. I couldn't see any update to the selected instances.

Can you please help on this.
