Avoid Journal Entry through Inventory issue

We perform a simple inventory transfer in 9.1 with P4113. When we transfer from one location to another, we would like to avoid system generating journal entries as they are just wash. Is it possible to restrict system from creating Journal entries with the Inventory transfer program?
