Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Data not availble in XDO_TEMPLATES_B and XDO_TEMPLATES_TL table even after .rtf migration to test in

Hi All,

We have migrated .RTF template to our test instances, however its not showing up in XDO_TEMPLATES_B and XDO_TEMPLATES_TL.

When we manually upload the RTF, entry populates in the above mentioned tables, then the output (PDF) comes properly.

Would like know why such issue occurs even though the .rtf file available in front end in Test instance after migration.

How we can correct them ? Because of this issue we are unable to get out put in one of our Print program.

Please note: We are attaching the layout (.rtf) using FND_REQUEST.ADD_LAYOUT before submitting the program instead of using bursting file.
