Could not be able to download artifacts from oracle maven

Hi Everyone,

I setup the CICD pipeline for Oracle BPM,SOA and Portal with SVN , Maven and Jenkins. While building the ADF applications maven is unable to download the required dependencies.

Can someone tell me the solution for below error? Thank you.
