Team,

we need your help in checking the issue while generating Account in Project related Requisition workflow.

Below is the message we see from PO_WF_DEBUG table.

"ccid: concat_segs: concat_ids: concat_descrs: FB_ERROR_MSG:ORA-20002: 3136: Item 'POWFRQAG/1030' cannot be accessed while synchronous process in progress.

"

Any help on this is highly appreciated.
