API's to update employee number along with locations in asset management workbench

Any pointer for API's in asset managment

Our requirement is we want change employee assigned to an asset , location of an asset in assignment form : In assignment form employee name as 'XYZ' we want to change 'ABC' and also location in assignment form , these field information we want to change .
