For how long is ASR status remaining in Active-Pending Contract ?
Hi Everyone,
according to the diagram, the ASR switches from Active to Active-Pending Contract, obviously once the Oracle Support contract expired.
Questions:
1. Does the status change immediately after the contract expired or after the usual Grace Period (30 days) has expired?
2. For how long will the status remain in Active-Pending Contract?
