Commitment upload through CSV not working

Hi Everyone,

We uploaded commitment allocation (percentage) tables CAPACITY_COMMITMENT_ALLOC  and CAPACITY_COMMITMENT_ALLOC_D through CSV with all required fields, uploads were successful. Related Bulk plan planning parameters were enabled, but the commitment was not honored. Later when we expired these commitment and copied one of the CSV uploaded commitment through UI and created a new commitment record, commitment was honored as expected.

Any additional steps to be done when we upload commitment through CSVs?
