ATP Details and Global Availability function on available for this responsibility through OM

Hi:

We are using EBS 12.2.7 version

In the OM screen when you open an order, there is availability button and once you click on that, a small dialogue box pop-up and in the bottom, there is ATP Detail and Global Availability button. But when I click on it, it will say function is not available for this responsibility.

Which function do I need to add in the menu to enable this? Please advise. Thank you.
