Retro Ben Ded Load to Paysheet

PeopleSoft 9.1 Retro Ben Ded:

If a trigger calculates a zero amount (no arrears, no refund) - when the Load Retro Deds to Paysheet Process (PSPRDPSH) is run, does the Process Flag change from Calculated to Load to Paysheet or does it reject or invalidate?

I cant find any details on this in PeopleBooks
