Mobile Maintenance does not list correct locator when issuing Parts

When I try to issue Parts (Non-serialized) to an EAM Work Order, in Oracle Mobile Maintenance app, the Locator field lists all locators in the sub inventory including those that are NOT assigned to the Part. The list is displayed in alphabetical order. In my situation, the part is assigned to only one locator and I expect to see only one when I select the relevant sub inventory. There is no way for the Technician to select the correct Locator from a list of 1000's of locators. The Sub inventory is listed correctly and shows on hand, but when I click on the the locator field,  it simply displays all locators in the sub inventory. It, in fact  allows selection of locators that is NOT associated to the item and let me perform an issue transaction, but the Material transaction does not happen.
