Can the reply-to for ACH remittance advice be different from the one used for all other system email
EBS 12.2.7: All system emails are sent from an unmonitored mailbox. Sometimes a supplier will reply to an ACH remittance advice to ask a question about a payment, but no one sees their email and it goes unanswered. Is there a way to change the reply-to for only the remittance advices, and not other system-generated emails that use the same mailbox?
If not, is the remittance advice configurable to add a line about who to contact for questions, or would this be a customization?
