On Windows Server 2106 64-bit I have installed a fresh JD Edwards, as fully updated as possible, with the following:

- Java JRE and JDK 1.8.0.221;

- Weblogic Server and Coherence 12.1.3 + Patch Set Update 12.1.3.0.160719 (Patch 23094292);

- Oracle E1Local Database 12c Release 2 x64;

- Oracle Database Client Release 1 (12.1.0.2.0) x86 + Patch Set Update 12.1.0.2.190716 (Patch 29831650);

- JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Applications 9.2.0.0.0 including all files from Tools Release 9.2.3.4 (Install setup, Development Client 7.0, Web Client Features WLSH4A 7.0, Tools Release 9.2.3.4).

- Tried with both JDBC driver ojdbc8.jar as ojdbc7.jar (does not make any difference related to errors).

All installed well without any errors, and Solution Explorer is working great. However in the Enterprise Menu I have the following errors in jderoot log, when trying to open any application (it tries hard but usually stays blank at the end):
